This Landmarked townhouse renovation on Park Avenue consisted of an extensive interior and exterior renovation. Eric Sheffield Architect led the project to approval by the Landmarks Commission to move and combine the previously separate entrances into one central entrance on the main facade of the building and to add a new rooftop penthouse. The renovation features a central 5-story sculptural staircase, a new state-of-the-art elevator, and landscaped roof terraces with views down Park Avenue.
