This project involved a complete renovation of a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in a landmarked building in the heart of Tribeca, originally built in 1915. The design features an open, loft-like kitchen and living space, with private areas separated towards the East of the apartment, aligned along a spacious corridor. With tall ceiling heights throughout the apartment, and expansive windows on both ends, natural light fills the space and transforms the apartment into a contemporary oasis with a color blocked theme throughout the interior.
